Okay, maybe that isn’t the official title yet, but we do know a few more cast members:

Benico Del Toro, Laura Dern, and Kelly Marie Tran.

Del Toro has been in Marvel films: Thor: The Dark World and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Laura Dern was in films such as Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III and more recently in The Fault In Our Stars.

Kelly Marie Tran is a relative newcomer compared to the other two and has no real big acting credits to her name.

The post Captain Phasma Returning for Star Wars VIII first appeared on Nerdologists.]]> Actress Gwendoline Christie will be returning to the roll of Captain Phasma is in Star Wars Episode VIII. That was suspected with how little that she was used in Star Wars: The Force Awakens while being a casting that was called out and a named role in the film. It’ll be interesting to see what sort of arc her character will take.

On the red carpet for Saturday night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, Gwendoline Christie told PEOPLE that we haven’t seen the last of her female stormtrooper captain.

“I will be in the next Star Wars movie. I think that’s an exclusive, actually,” she told PEOPLE.
